“Customers will never love a company until the employees love it first.” — Simon Sinek
Shifting from “Human Resources” to “People & Culture” at rcs was driven by one clear goal: to fully align our people practices with the existing culture and values that define who we are. This change ensures our structure, processes, and approach reflect the supportive, people‑first environment our employees experience every day. It also reinforces our commitment to embedding our core values—Accountability, Communication, and Teamwork into every stage of the employee journey. In 2025, our eNPS score averaged 72.5, showing that this alignment is resonating across rcs.
“Our people consistently describe rcs as supportive, respectful, and family‑oriented; proof that culture is our strongest competitive advantage.”
This alignment comes to life through the leaders who model it every day. Since joining rcs in February 2024, Chelcea Driscoll, P.GSC, NCSO, has strengthened our safety culture through exceptional expertise and leadership. With more than a decade of safety experience—including roles as Lead Safety Advisor, Safety Officer, and Safety Manager across industrial, commercial, and remote project environments—Chelcea brings deep industry insight and a hands‑on, people‑first approach.
Her work includes overseeing our corporate safety program, conducting safety audits, leading incident investigations, developing project‑specific safety plans, coordinating training, and supporting Mill‑Right and Doucet Developments. Her background—from major contractor environments to remote mining sites—has strengthened her ability to build trust, foster accountability, and coach teams with clarity and confidence.
Thank you to Chelcea for your dedication, guidance, and steadfast commitment to safety at rcs and Doucet Developments Group of Companies.
As we look ahead, rcs remains focused on creating a modern, human‑centred experience—supported by aligned tools, intentional strategy, and programs that empower our people and elevate every client relationship we support.
