At rcs, we’ve always believed that construction is about more than just buildings—it’s about creating spaces that bring people together and strengthen the communities we serve. Over the past year, we’ve had the privilege of working on projects and partnerships that truly reflect that vision.
We’re proud of the partnerships we’ve built this year, each contributing to stronger communities in its own way. One example that stands out is our collaboration with Northwood. This relationship goes beyond the traditional client-contractor dynamic; it’s about aligning on values and working toward a shared goal of improving quality of life for seniors and their families. The recent video featuring Doug Doucet in his President’s Message captures this perfectly, showcasing how our work with Northwood is helping to create environments that foster dignity, accessibility, and connection. It’s a partnership we’re proud of because it demonstrates what can happen when innovation and compassion come together.
Education has also been a major focus for us, and the new progressive design-build school in Clayton Park is a great example of how we’re shaping the future of learning spaces. This project isn’t just about classrooms—it’s about creating a hub for collaboration, sustainability, and growth. By incorporating modern design principles and flexible spaces, we’re helping to ensure that students and educators have an environment that supports evolving needs and inspires success. It’s exciting to see how this school will become a cornerstone for the community.
Alongside Clayton Park, we’ve delivered several other school projects across the region, each designed with the same commitment to functionality, safety, and forward-thinking design. These projects underscore our belief that investing in education is investing in the future—and that’s a responsibility we take seriously.
From partnerships that enhance quality of life to projects that shape the next generation, rcs is proud to play a role in building stronger, more connected communities. When we build together, we build better, and that’s a principle that guides everything we do.
