At rcs construction, we take immense pride in the talented team running our St. John’s, Newfoundland office. This dynamic, all-female team, led by seasoned project managers with engineering backgrounds, has been instrumental in driving our projects to success.
Valerie Penney, a key leader in our St. John’s office, epitomizes the dedication and expertise of our team. With 19 years in the construction industry, Valerie’s journey from an estimator to a project manager showcases her versatility and commitment. Since joining rcs in 2017, she has seamlessly integrated into our culture, demonstrating an exceptional ability to manage projects efficiently while maintaining strong client and supplier relationships.
