With over 25 years of experience in human resources and operations, Marybeth brings a depth of expertise from a range of sectors including professional services, technology, government, and travel. She is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, and a current Board Member at The Marguerite Centre, underscoring her commitment to personal and professional growth — and to her community.
Since joining us, Marybeth has been focused on supporting all our teams across the Atlantic region, working closely with leadership and employees alike to align business strategy with people-first practices. Her people-centric approach is firmly grounded in our core values of ACT — Accountability, Communication, and Teamwork — and is helping to shape an engaged, high-performing workplace culture across all companies in our group.
Beyond her impressive professional track record, Marybeth is someone who lives our values inside and out. She’s an advocate for wellness and work-life balance — something you’ll notice when she talks about her love for running, biking, and recharging by the water. Whether it’s her family cottage or the shores of her hometown beach in Dominion, Cape Breton, Marybeth finds calm and inspiration where the sand meets the sea.

Her leadership is helping foster a strong sense of purpose and alignment across rcs and the broader Doucet Developments group, and her approachable, value-driven style has quickly made her a trusted presence.
