At rcs construction, we pride ourselves on recognizing and celebrating the exceptional talent within our team. Today, we highlight the remarkable journey of Stanley, a one-of-a-kind employee who has risen through the ranks and sampled various roles throughout his many years with us.
Stanley’s career with rcs construction began in July 2012 when he joined as a Labourer moving through the ranks to his current position as Tech Manager. During his initial years, he dedicated himself to learning the fundamentals of construction, laying a solid foundation for his future growth. In September 2019, Stanley was promoted to Project Manager for our Major Projects Division, where he played a crucial role in landmark projects, including the Nova Centre.
In January 2022, Stanley embraced a new challenge by transitioning to the role of Estimator. His keen eye for detail and analytical skills made him a key member of the Estimating Department for a couple of years. His journey did not stop there. In March 2023, Stanley stepped into his current position as Technology Manager, where he continues to excel.
With over 12 years of diversified experience within the construction industry and specifically at rcs, Stanley is a testament to loyalty and hard work. In addition to his tech responsibilities, he oversees building maintenance and HVAC, leveraging his extensive background in managing projects. Stanley is also a passionate supporter of Enriched Academy, a financial literacy program offered to our employees through our valued partnership.
Stanley’s commitment to excellence is evident in every role he has undertaken. While he has demonstrated passion and proficiency in each position, we believe in having the right people in the right seats. In his current role, Stanley is proud to collaborate with everyone in our organization, from site staff to President and CEO Doug Doucet.
